If a piece isn't right, we'll make it right — quickly and without fuss.
14-day returns
Return any unworn piece with tags intact within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of the piece reaching us.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a swap — usually agreed the same day.
Custom-sized pieces
Custom pieces are made for your measurements, so they're eligible for exchange or store credit rather than refund. If the fit isn't right, we'll alter or remake it.
How to start
Reply to your order email or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label where available.
